Dr Tham is the Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of ALPS Global Holding Berhad, a life sciences and biotechnology group focused on advanced genomic, cellular, and precision-medicine platforms. He has built ALPS into an internationally operating, regulated healthcare business with capital-markets exposure, including a US public-market presence via Nasdaq. As Chairman of Cilo Cybin Holdings, he provides strong governance oversight, pharmaceutical perspective, and long-term institutional discipline.
Gabriel Christiaan Theron

Gabriel is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cilo Cybin Holdings and Cilo Cybin (Pty) Ltd. He founded and built the business into South Africa’s only fully vertically integrated GMP cannabis pharmaceutical platform and one of the largest extraction operations globally, leading it from early licensing through to sustained commercial supply. He has founded and successfully operated multiple businesses and led Cilo Cybin as the first cannabis company listed on the JSE, demonstrating both operational depth and capital-markets readiness.
Henk Vivier

Hendrik Jacobus "Henk" Vivier is an accomplished entrepreneur with an extensive business track record spanning insurance underwriting, financial services, and regulatory advisory. He has been a founding member and director, since 1996, of Senate Corporate Management (Pty) Ltd, an established insurance underwriting business. Between 1998 and 2000, he was a founding member and CEO of AMLAC (the Alliance of Microlenders and Associated Consumers) and served as a board member of the Micro Finance Regulatory Council (now the National Credit Regulato) and has acted as a regulatory advisor to various listed companies, including PSG and African Bank. Since 2011, Mr Vivier has been founder and CEO of Non Perielle Sweetgrass Farms (Pty) Ltd, an agricultural investment company.

Ian is an accomplished pharmaceutical executive with more than 30 years’ commercial leadership experience across the branded, generic, wholesale, and medical cannabis sectors. He has held senior Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Commercial roles within multinational pharmaceutical organisations, building and leading high-performing teams, developing international markets and establishing strategic partnerships across the UK, USA, and EMEA. Most recently, as Director of Strategic Partnerships at IPS Pharma, he has led global strategic and business development within the UK medical cannabis market, working with international producers and brands across market access, licensing, procurement, product development, supply, and commercialisation. Throughout his career, Ian has successfully scaled pharmaceutical businesses, led major product launches, established significant industry partnerships, and managed complex acquisitions and business transformations. He brings to the Group a combination of deep pharmaceutical expertise, international industry relationships, and proven commercial leadership, with a focus on accelerating global growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and expanding access to pharmaceutical and cannabinoid-based medicines.
