Dr Tham is the Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of ALPS Global Holding Berhad, a life sciences and biotechnology group focused on advanced genomic, cellular, and precision-medicine platforms. He has built ALPS into an internationally operating, regulated healthcare business with capital-markets exposure, including a US public-market presence via Nasdaq. As Chairman of Cilo Cybin Holdings, he provides strong governance oversight, pharmaceutical perspective, and long-term institutional discipline.
Gabriel Theron

Gabriel is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cilo Cybin Holdings and Cilo Cybin Pharmaceutical. He founded and built the business into South Africa’s only fully vertically integrated GMP cannabis pharmaceutical platform and one of the largest extraction operations globally, leading it from early licensing through to sustained commercial supply. He has founded and successfully operated multiple businesses and led Cilo Cybin as the first cannabis company listed on the JSE, demonstrating both operational depth and capital-markets readiness.
