100% GACP compliant
The cultivation platform operates under Good Agricultural Collection Practices for medical-use cannabis production and controlled source-material handling.
Cultivation
Cilo Cybin's indoor cultivation facility is designed for medical use, with fully controlled environmental rooms, pesticide- and insecticide-free practices, RO-cleaned water, HEPA-filtered air, and automated systems built for repeatable pharmaceutical supply.
Indoor cultivation platform
Cilo Cybin's state-of-the-art indoor cultivation facility is 100% GACP (Good Agricultural Collection Practices) compliant, and the flower is grown for medical use rather than informal or lifestyle channels. The cultivation team operates with the explicit goal of producing high-grade, repeatable cannabis flower suitable for regulated downstream manufacturing and partner supply.
The primary South African facility was designed with specialist industry input to yield approximately 45-55 kg of dried trimmed flower every 6 weeks. That production base supports both internal GMP manufacturing programs and controlled supply into international markets.
Controlled cultivation systems
Environmental control is treated as part of product quality, not a background utility.
The cultivation platform operates under Good Agricultural Collection Practices for medical-use cannabis production and controlled source-material handling.
The indoor facility is designed to deliver approximately 45-55 kg of dried trimmed flower per harvest cycle under stable operating conditions.
Rooms are fully controlled for temperature, humidity, airflow, HVAC balance, and CO2 management to keep cultivation conditions repeatable.
Water is cleaned through reverse osmosis and air is HEPA filtered to reduce toxic, heavy-metal, and chemical contamination risk.
Purity and consistency
To maintain consistency across the product range, the cultivation rooms are completely automated and tightly controlled. Cultivation practices are pesticide- and insecticide-free, helping protect both flower quality and the downstream suitability of the biomass for medical cannabis manufacturing.
Clean utilities are central to the operating model. Reverse-osmosis-treated water and HEPA-filtered air help minimise the risk of toxic, heavy-metal, or chemical build-up being absorbed by the plants. The result is a cleaner agricultural input for extraction, refinement, formulation, and flower-based medical supply.
The cultivation facility gives Cilo Cybin a reliable source of pure and consistent flower for use in-house and internationally, supporting world-class cannabis-derived supplements, medications, and regulated partner programs.
